Target delivery time is 3-10 working days for all Countries, most parcels will reach their destination within 2 weeks, however, some destinations may require additional time allowance for parcels to arrive.
All packages are insured up to $250. Please contact us if you need to add any additional insurance. A phone number is a required for all deliveries. Lonely Hearts accepts no responsibilities for any delays caused from insufficient delivery info, or any hold up at customs.

MORE INFORMATION Your order will be processed once payment has been received in full. Order processing takes 1-3 days.
We will email you once your order has been dispatched. At this point, all traced deliveries will receive a tracking number. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been shipped.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours. Purchases made on weekends/public holidays will be processed and sent on the next business day.
All orders are shipped out of New Zealand ex Lonely Hearts Warehouse.
Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery. Any taxes, duties and customs fees into any country outside of NZ are responsibility of the receiver. We are unable to advise rates as they vary from country to country. Lonely Hearts are not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
In the case that our courier/NZ Post are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Lonely Hearts is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES We hope you fall in love with your Lonely or Lonely Hearts purchases, but we understand that from time to time you may want to return them to us.
Sorry we do not accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind! We do however exchange sizes on purchases.... Please refer to our size chart and please shop carefully to avoid any headaches!...
Lonely Hearts must be notified at shop@lonelyheartslabel.com with the intention to exchange within 48hrs of receiving the product. Any exchanges outside of this window will not be accepted.
If a product is faulty we will ask you to return the item to us for assessment. We will endeavor to repair or replace the item; failing this we will issue an online store credit for an exchange or refund for the original invoice amount. If you have an item that is faulty and has been worn, please kindly return it to us clean.
In order to ensure a successful exchange/refund an RA (Return Authorisation) number must be obtained from Lonely Hearts via the online store only, No returns accepted at any retail outlets. Please contact returns@lonelyheartslabel.com with your original invoice number, what you are returning and why. We will reply with an RA number and return address. Be sure to mark your return package clearly with your RA number once it has been assigned. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and will be marked return to sender.
Once an RA# has been issued you have 14 days from issue date to return the product. If it is not received within this time it will not be accepted.
Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the customer, please send all returns via a recorded delivery method. Lonely Hearts is not responsible for any packages that you send to us.
We do not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty.
Exchanges can only be made once (1) on online purchases with another item from the online store and Not from a retail outlet, no returns or exchanges on sale items unless deemed faulty.
We do not refund any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product.
Please note all items (unless faulty) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
Please ensure that briefs and bodysuits are tried on over your own lingerie, we will not accept any returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.
Sorry we do not except returns or exchanges on any items which are on sale unless deemed faulty.
We do not repair/exchange/refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
